We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details — when you fill out a contact form, book a call through our scheduling tool, or email us. If you go ahead with a project, we also collect billing and invoicing details needed to deliver and be paid for that work. We also collect basic usage data automatically (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location) through standard analytics tools to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, schedule calls, scope and deliver projects, send relevant updates about work we're doing for you, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
