These Terms of Service govern your use of xavierstack.com and any project, proposal, or engagement with XavierStack ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Xavierstack Private Limited, registered at Gurugram, Haryana 122502, India. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

XavierStack provides websites and landing pages, web and mobile app development, backend and API development, AI & ML product development, automation and workflow tooling, startup MVP development, and DevOps/cloud hosting — for clients across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula, and remotely across India. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract before work begins — these general terms apply alongside that agreement.

Scope, Revisions & Changes

Most project packages include a set number of revision rounds (typically two), stated in the relevant proposal or package description. Feedback should be consolidated and shared by the agreed milestone dates. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope — new pages, new features, or revisions beyond the included rounds — are treated as a change request and quoted separately before we proceed.

Client Responsibilities

To keep a project on schedule, clients are responsible for providing content, brand assets, access credentials, and timely feedback when requested. Delays in providing these may delay delivery dates correspondingly.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, copy, or reverse-engineer it. All content on this site — text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of XavierStack or our clients and may not be reproduced without permission.

Payments

Project fees, payment schedules, and milestones are set out in the relevant proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work product (designs, code, and assets) is delivered and ownership transfers upon full payment.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. XavierStack retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a client requests otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal components we use to build a project remain our property and may be reused across other engagements.

Third-Party Tools & Hosting

We use third-party tools to deliver our services — including Cal.com for scheduling calls, and third-party hosting/cloud infrastructure providers to deploy and run client websites and applications. Where a project depends on a third-party platform or service, that provider's own terms and any usage fees may apply.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice terms set out in the relevant proposal or contract. Fees for work already completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Limitation of Liability

XavierStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Gurugram, Haryana having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
