MyDockSpace

The Brief

A workspace platform that replaces a stack of separate tools for personal productivity and team project management — issue tracking through a Dev → Review → Testing → Production workflow, a daily timetable for deep-work blocks, learning roadmaps, markdown notes, habit tracking, a personal finance ledger with bill-splitting, and an isolated credentials vault, all inside switchable personal or team workspaces.

What We Built

MyDockSpace exists to replace a stack of separate subscriptions — a task tracker, a notes app, a habit tracker, a budgeting app — with one workspace that switches cleanly between a personal context and a team one, without forcing either use case to compromise for the other.

• Issue tracking with a Dev → Review → Testing → Production pipeline, built for small teams shipping fast rather than heavyweight enterprise workflows.
• Switchable personal and team workspaces from the same account, instead of separate logins per context.
• Daily timetable for planning deep-work blocks alongside the task board.
• Learning roadmaps and markdown notes for tracking skills and knowledge over time.
• Habit tracking and a personal finance ledger with bill-splitting, covering the parts of daily life that usually live in three different apps.
• An isolated credentials vault, kept separate from the rest of the workspace data.

Tech Stack

A Next.js front end talking to a Django REST API, with a React Native companion app so the same workspace stays usable on mobile, and Tailwind driving the design system across both.

A muted, multi-accent palette — teal, violet, warm gold — built to stay calm across a lot of screens.
